Whether a student qualified for a specific award is dependent on the quality of their application. The final decision is made by the sponsor of the grant or scholarship.

Wiredscholar Scholarship Search
JIU partners with Wiredscholar Scholarship Search to provide students with information on scholarships for which they may be eligible. The Wiredscholar database is one of the industry’s most respected and comprehensive sources of financial aid resources for college.
To search the Wiredscholar database of scholarships, visit http://www.wiredscholar.com and fill out the student profile form. In order to complete the Wiredscholar Student Profile Form online you must have the following:
- An Internet browser that supports the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security protocol, and Javascript.
- An Internet email account so that your scholarship results can be sent to you within 24 hours.
Within 24 hours you will receive your personalized Wiredscholar Web Results. The Wiredscholar Web Results include potential sources for scholarship awards for your JIU tuition and fees.
